I. Product Overview


This glass fermentation jar is made of high-quality glass and comes with an airtight metal lid. It has a capacity of [specific capacity] and is suitable for making a variety of fermented foods such as kombucha, kefir, pickles, etc. It can also be used for food storage.

II. Preparation Before Use


  1. After receiving the product, carefully check whether there are any damages, cracks on the jar body and the lid. If there are any problems, please contact the customer service for replacement in time.
  2. Wash the jar body and the lid with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid to ensure that the inner and outer walls are clean and free of impurities. Then rinse them with clean water and let them air dry for later use.

III. Fermentation Operation Steps


  1. Loading Ingredients: Depending on the items you want to ferment (for example, when making pickles, put in washed and cut vegetables, seasonings, etc.; when making fermented drinks, add corresponding tea liquid, strains, etc.), carefully load the ingredients into the jar through the wide mouth. Be careful not to overfill it and leave some space. Generally, it is advisable to fill the jar to about 80% of its capacity.
  2. Sealing the Jar: Place the airtight metal lid on the jar mouth and turn the lid clockwise according to the tightening instructions on the lid to ensure that the lid tightly seals the jar body and creates a good fermentation environment.
  3. Placement and Observation: Place the sealed fermentation jar in a cool, ventilated place with a suitable temperature (different fermented products require different temperatures, please refer to the corresponding recipes). Regularly observe the fermentation situation through the transparent glass to check if there are any abnormal changes or air leakage.

IV. Maintenance After Use


After the fermentation is completed, open the lid and pour out the finished products. Immediately rinse the jar with clean water. If there are any stains left, you can use a soft-bristled brush with mild detergent to clean it. After cleaning, let it dry and store it properly for the next use.
