1. Overview of recent production
It is the peak season for the glass bottle industry. Recently, our production lines are running at full capacity, and various glass bottles, glass jars and vases are continuously produced from the production line.

 
(I) Glass bottles for pre-packaging of goods
These glass bottles will provide safe and beautiful packaging containers for various goods, whether in the fields of food, cosmetics or medicines, they can play an important role.
Among them, the glass bottles for pre-packaging of goods with special shapes and sizes customized for a new customer have also successfully completed the production task of the first batch of 100,000 after careful debugging by the technical team and skilled operation by the workers.

Quality control
During the production process, we strictly follow the quality standards of each process. From the selection of raw materials to melting, molding, annealing and other links, they are strictly monitored.
The quality inspectors inspected each batch of glass bottles, focusing on key indicators such as transparency, wall thickness uniformity, bottle mouth flatness and compressive strength of the glass bottles. For a few unqualified products, we analyzed and handled them in a timely manner to ensure that they would not flow into the market.

(II) Glass jars
Production
The glass jar production line has also achieved good results. These glass jars are designed in various ways, including wide-mouth jars suitable for storing food and small-mouth jars for packaging condiments.
We focus on the sealing and durability of glass jars, and use advanced sealing technology and high-quality glass materials to ensure that the products can meet customers’ requirements for storage and preservation.
Process improvement
In order to improve the production efficiency and quality of glass jars, we have made some optimizations to the production process. For example, the temperature and pressure parameters of the mold were adjusted in the molding process, making the appearance of the glass jar smoother and more regular, while reducing the scrap rate in the production process.

We visited some long-term old customers to understand their use of our products and feedback. For example, the furnace of the glass bottle production line has been energy-savingly transformed. By adopting advanced combustion technology and insulation materials, energy utilization has been improved and production costs have been reduced. At the same time, the control system of the molding equipment has been upgraded to improve the automation degree and production accuracy of the equipment, further ensuring the stability of product quality.
In the process of equipment upgrade, we gave full play to the advantages of the technical team and independently completed most of the transformation work. This not only saves a lot of money for the company, but also improves the technical level and innovation ability of the team.

When encountering some production technical problems, the workers actively communicate with the technical staff to discuss solutions together. This spirit of teamwork not only improves work efficiency, but also ensures product quality, which is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of our company.
Training plan
In order to improve the professional skills and comprehensive quality of employees, we have formulated a detailed employee training plan. Today, a training course on glass manufacturing process and quality control was organized.
The training was conducted by technical experts within the company as lecturers. Through theoretical explanations, practical operation demonstrations and case analysis, the basic knowledge of glass manufacturing, key points of production processes and quality control methods were taught to employees. The employees actively participated and studied seriously, and said that they had gained a lot through this training and had a deeper understanding and understanding of their work.
